After reading this article, I became a little more incensed with Charter.  I still haven't written up my review on them. After hearing Dave go through his Adelphia/Time Warner problems, and then reading this article…

I don't know how companies can think they can charge money to fix things that they broke. Your stuff ain't working.  You fix it.  Don't get try to get any more of my money when I'm already paying for something that's not working.  How dare you try to ask for more money to fix it.

I finally posted my review for Charter.  It's can be quite entertaining, but it gets my blood flowing.
